Qualifications Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care Young People’s Services or the equivalent.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional
development. - Full driving license with use of own vehicle
- Experience A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a health and social
care setting with vulnerable adults and/or children. - At least 2 years relevant experience in an operational
management capacity in a health and social care setting - Experience of working in/managing a children’s/residential
home. - Experience of managing an effective team

- Ability to prioritise work.
- Ability to deal effectively with crisis/emergencies.

- Knowledge To be familiar with Ofsted inspections and level of standards required
- A knowledge and understanding of the current legal
responsibilities and standards of the service, including the
need for the management and delivery of person-centred

hours to the needs of the business) - A good team ethic
- Commitment to the goals of the department and essential
organisation skills as a whole - Ability to work on own initiative.
